1. Eligibility
- The course is open to children aged 4 to 8 years as of the course start date.
- Parents/guardians must complete the registration form and submit full payment before the course begins.
2. Course Schedule & Location
- The course will be conducted in person at a rented space.
- Course dates and times will be provided upon registration and are subject to change with prior notice.
3. Supervision & Conduct
- Children must be dropped off and picked up on time at the scheduled start and end of each session.
- Parents/guardians are welcome—and encouraged—to stay for the full duration of the course, if they wish.
- Children are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow participants. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the child being removed from the course without a refund.
4. Parental Responsibilities
- Parents/guardians must inform the provider of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to the course start.
- Emergency contact information must be current and accurate.
- Parents/guardians must ensure their child is fit to attend the class physically and mentally.
5. Fees & Refund Policy
- Full payment is required to secure a spot.

- Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the course start date.
- 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before the start date.
- No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date or for missed classes.
6. Safety & Liability
- While reasonable care will be taken, the provider is not liable for any accidental injuries or loss of personal belongings during the course.
- The rented venue adheres to basic safety standards but parents/guardians acknowledge and accept inherent risks.
7. Photography & Media Consent
- During the course, photos and videos may be taken for educational or promotional purposes.
- Parents/guardians will be asked to sign a media release form. Consent is optional and does not affect course participation.
8. COVID-19 or Health-Related Policies
- If applicable, the course will follow any local health guidelines in effect during the course period.
- Parents agree not to send children to class if they are unwell or showing symptoms of illness.
9. Modifications & Cancellations
- The provider reserves the right to modify the schedule, change the venue (within reasonable proximity), or cancel the course with due notice.
- In the event of cancellation by the provider, a full refund will be issued.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By registering your child for the course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
